Recently, a team of China-Italy mechanical technical engineers have entered the site of the customer's decoration garbage disposal project, from equipment installation, debugging to stable production, once again demonstrating the industry's strength of "technology + service" dual-wheel drive.

This project is located in Guangdong. Zhongyi Machinery has customized intelligent processing equipment for customers covering the entire process of feeding, crushing, screening, air selection, magnetic separation, etc., including "high-value" vibration feeder, negative pressure air selection, foam air selection, rod strip relaxation screen, single-layer relaxation screen, heavy-duty bounce screen, spiral screen, magnetic separation machine and other core equipment. At the installation site, the Chinese and Italian engineer team quickly completed the precise installation and commissioning of the equipment with rich experience and professional technology, ensuring that the production line reaches the designed production capacity at one time when it is started - 600,000 tons of decoration garbage are processed annually, with a comprehensive utilization rate of up to 99.9%. This achievement not only refreshed the industry's delivery speed, but also won high recognition from customers and local urban management bureaus with its stable performance of "zero failure operation".

As a high-tech enterprise in the field of solid waste treatment for more than ten years, Zhongyi Machinery has always taken scientific and technological innovation as its core driving force. The bounce screens, spiral screens and other equipment used in this project are all flagship products independently developed by the company, integrating modular design, intelligent sensing, low-noise dust removal and other technologies. Not only does it realize the fine sorting of concrete, metal, wood and other components in decoration garbage, but it also improves the quality of recycled aggregates to the standard of building sand, truly achieving "turning waste into treasure".

The successful implementation of this project is another milestone for China-Italy Machinery in the field of decoration waste treatment. China-Italian Machinery has deployed projects in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country, including Hubei, Shanxi, Fujian, Guangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, etc., and has expanded its business to overseas markets such as Russia. With its characteristics of "efficiency, environmental protection and intelligence", its equipment has become a demonstration case for local government inspections many times. For example, at the demolition site of Hubei customer, the Zhongyi Mobile Crushing Station has a processing capacity of 250 tons/hour and low noise and dust-free environmental performance, and is praised by customers as "domestic equipment comparable to foreign equipment."
